Returns
Return Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with it. However, in the case that the item you receive does not match the description and photos in the listing, or in the case of new items if it is damaged or defective, you may request a refund. This can be in the form of a refund or store credit. All returns must be approved by Treehouse Circular before they can be initiated, using the return request form. If approved you will receive a Return Authorization number.
All returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt, and posted to Treehouse within 30 days.
Treehouse will issue you with a pre-paid return shipping label if the return is approved via the return request form.
All items must be returned unused.
Process:
For posted items:
FIll out the return request form.
Once your return is approved please place your item back in the original shipping packaging and include your Return Authorization Number. Mail your item using the pre-paid shipping label sent to you by Treehouse Circular.
For delivered or pick-up items:

Refund
After receiving your return and inspecting the item’s condition we will process your return. Please allow at least 30 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to show up on your credit card or bank statement.
